Linking Fb with CC

Hello ChessCubers,

I have linked my Fb account with this account.
now I am banned from CC and I want 2 things to happen.

1.) Unlink my Fb account from this account.
2.) Link it back to another account on this site.

Is there any way to do that?
If so pls let me know.
