Suggest: Unique ELO
My proposal is to bring together both ELO, because in tournaments is a stunning mixture of normal players rated 2000 +, and just tournament ELO 1500 +. I would like to know your opinions.

Good proposal, I agree with it, because I'm always confused with the difference in these two ratings of one player. Sometimes they are completely different.
