VIP cannot get

HI, I cannot get Wip but I bought 49 crowns in the shop. Also I reached the 100 and 102 XP and no Merida pieces and so on...
I hope nobody has the same problem

you would surely get it,refresh may work,sometimes,but still if u cannot contact support@chesscube.com about this
