I agree. This system is counter-productive. I understand that the CC is trying to increase revenue. However, the CC should try to encourage non-VIP players to become VIP players in a positive, user-friendly way. This current system discourages non-VIP players from playing games altogether. It's all about carrots not sticks.
please post your suggestions!

why can everyone read your post if it is censored?
You are sure to lose your cubits very soon.

If, the system remains as it now is, at 300 you will receive (not six months as earlier), three months of actual VIP (XP VIP was greatly reduced in value several months ago, that's being restored to its formal glory but with some modifications, such as dropping the XP 250 level for three months' VIP).
You'll need about 2,000,000 experience points for XP 300 (so, you can figure out how much longer it ought to take you -- though, game playing is now more expensive, too).

I love the idea to chastise players for chickening out (here: not sticking out a Cubit), but I see non-VIP players resorting to borderline techniques (borderline studying, gambling or either cheating) if wins count for less than their privileged comrades.
I'm still in for resolving legal cheating: e.g. when a 1800 player challenge a 1300 one, pure to steal his Cubits. I don't know whether that's enforced or not.
