Insufficient Mating Material

Hi, I suppose the computer is still learning how to distinguish "sufficient mating material" for an end game. I don't mind having my winning game brought short by a faulty decision but I wouldn'y want the computer developing a bad habit.

the computer made the correct ruling, it is the user (steventb) that does not have a complete understanding of the standard chess rules!

in the following game:

http://www.chesscube.com/play/app/?open ... =249716169

it was the side with the King, Rook and Pawn (white) that ran out of time.
