Frequents disconnections:
I have been member of CC for over a year, with a very regular behavior of connection with your server while a game is in progress, in the last weeks I have being experiencing frequent disconnections during the game besides a long time lag, there is any I can do?

Hey, just want to make it short and simple..

So when I log into the site and hit the "play" button a loading page appears, once the the loading progress hits 100%, it gets stuck. it actually does not redirect me to any other pages.

Using Firefox 5.0.1
Not the latest version of Flash Player, but it must be very close to it.

Thanks in advance

Hi,

Try using another browser such as google chrome / Explorer.

Update to the latest version of flash as well.

Ok try this:

Turn off your router and switch it back on again (If doesn't work)

Try logging in from another computer on the same connection, if you have more than one pc at your place where you connect to chesscube.

Lastly try using another connection(ip) through a proxy or such, you may have some issues dealing with your isp in regards to connection with the chesscube server

I just played a game normally, then I suddenly lost by "disconnection". My internet worked perfectly throughout the game. Due to this I lost several rating points and 20 cubits. Can anyone explain this?

Good evening trocolo,

It seems to me after seeing your game that you did resign that particular game when you tried by accident or for any other reason closing your browser or the tab and closed it, and got asked if you did want ot forfait that one, and forfaited it. I suppose although I am not too sure, I was just looking at the game you played against adityah and it seems to be like that.

Have a nice day.

Regards Xabier.
