Is there rating levels in the tournament? For example, 1500-1799 and 1800-2099 etc.

what if the best player on cc isnt a vip member? therefore the title of champion is false advertising.

I know you are trolling greentongue - as usual - but I will answer for the benefit of others. As stated above, the title is ChessCube Champion - and one of the requirements for obtaining that title is to be affiliated with ChessCube via having a VIP subscription.

We will try to announce the official hosted tournaments based on interest no later than Wednesday the 17th... we will post GMT times at that stage too.
