Most of these 1600's are just "new" members to screw everyone over. So I probably don't consider it sandbagging

I know a cheater. a player used an engine against me. i already analyzed his moves and he was indeed using an engine. its a player called cadooc and his rating is 1639. please ban that cheater ASAP

I am pretty sure player vidcar uses engine. He doesn't always play the best move, but sometimes second or third and he always plays much better near the end of tournament. Just analyze his games, try to find human mistakes in his moves and check if there is much playing quality difference between games (which would indicate that sometimes he plays by himself). His playing level is above 2300 tournament rated players but he is often rated 2000.
