Hi, I just played someone a few minutes ago, I had like 8-9 minutes left, and my opponent hadn't moved in several minutes, and time was winding down on him. Then it pops up that I had lost on time (?!). I didn't want to report this, because I'm not sure if there is a program that they are able to use to cause this. If this is cheating, I did make a screenshot of the message that says I lost on time, even though it was their move. Ugh.. Frustrating!

it is a rare (but known) bug in the ChessCube software.

pl.note that i am subhashkale reg player played a game on 14-2-2013.against Ladzpa(white ) subhashkale (black) .white bloss on time. but i did not get any rating or cubits.this happens many timesw in my case pl explain. subhashkale

i read your policy and as far iam concerned i didint violate any rules... im not sandbagging although i created new account namely vino_24 you can check his game history & 100% sure i didnt violate rules....my concerned is players here in chesscube always reporting when they lose cubits...is it fair to say its my fault ? im seeking only & playing, i mean they have a choice to play opponent...rating always starts at 1500 do i have a choice to play these lower rated...no, moderator said my violation is i have already this accounts & cant create new....so meaning you cant have more than 1 account? i have friends here, some of them have 5 or more accounts..... pls unbanned my accounts... i dont deserved this...

you created those new accounts to re-start your rating at 1500, when you are really a 2000+ rated player. Then you play high wager games as a low rated player, unfairly allowing our paying customers believe they are playing a 1500 rated player and have a fair game. Instead they are playing a 2000+ rated player who is masquerading as a 1500, to unfairly accumulate their cubits. That is that same as sandbagging your rating down to 1500.
